Busayo Olupona is the Foundation’s Secretary. She is an attorney and entrepreneur who received her B.S. from the Haas School of Business at U.C Berkeley and her J.D from New York University. She worked for many years as corporate associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP., where she seconded to Lawyers Alliance for New York, advising non profits on a variety of matters including corporate governance, real estate, employment and tax compliance matters.
